Magazine telemarketing scam?

Earlier this month a telemarketer called me and he was very nice and I went along with it, and I wasn't really thinking to much about what was going on so I answered his questions, and it got to a point were he had me select a few magazines that I would like to receive and I selected a few then they wanted my bank acct # and of course me being a dumb f*** gave it to him, and then we ended the conversation because his manager was going to call me and he did and he asked a few question just to verify a few things. Before the guy hung up I asked if there was any way to cancel this subscription or w.e if I did not want it and he went along saying something really fast that I couldn't catch and he hung up.

Now another company then called me a week later saying I have received free gas card and I hung up. I saw in my bank statement they (BUDGET SAVERS) charged me $25 dollars for that so called gas card and I found a number and called them and they refunded my money and that was it.

Now my main concern is this Magazine Telemarketer they said there going to charge me $68 dollars or something every few months for these magazines and I am receiving a free diamond watch with it (Do not believe its going to be real) and I have no clue who to call to cancel this, and I have read similar stories just like mine and everyone is saying they cant cancel because they have a verbal-contracts with them and what not but I do not really recall agreeing to anything I remember just giving them my bank acct. #...

So I went to my bank and closed out my account and I have opened a brand new one. Is it fine to just leave it at that or will I receive something in the mail from this company? (HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THERE CALLED IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THAT) What information should I have ready just in case they come at me with bullsh!t? Where and who can help me with this situation just so I know how to keep this under control and not have this get out of hand and ruin my life, please someone give me advice. Thank you

It was all done on granite which means they had to have diamond tipped tools. No way they would have thought of that. So am i crazy for believing that we had help from something or someone way back then? What do you do think, do you think aliens are real? Okay, so I've had my ears pierced for about eight years. A few days ago I put in one on those cheap-o pairs of forever 21 earrings, and then I think two or three days later my right ear got really infected. It kind of got all hard and puffy around the hole and there was a little white stuff and like, one drop of blood when I took the earring out.I think maybe I just put it in too tight, so I put on lots of that Claire's antiseptic stuff I got when I got my doubles a few weeks ago, I wore dangling earrings all day, but when I took it out it bleed a tiny bit and I don't think it got any better. Just now I put in some little diamond studs because I don't want my ear to close up. What do I do? Thanks so much!

Why do princess cut diamonds NOT receive a cut grading?

I was informed by my jeweler while purchasing a diamond princess cut engagement ring for my girlfriend that princess cut stones do not receive a cut grading, only a color, weight, and clarity grading by the GIA. He did say companies like Blue Nile do offer cut grading for their princess cut stones.

Why is this? Can anyone link me to more info on this?

Me and my girlfriend were together for a year and a month. I loved this girl like no one else. She was the 2nd relationship i had. I am 22. She was so pretty and i felt like i could not get another girl like her because she is so pretty. I would always rush her i guess and she never liked that. She would always come over at like 2 or 3 and i felt like i wanted her to come early, and she would always leave at like 9:30 during the week because ofwork but wwouldn'tgo to bed till 11 so i wanted her to stay till like 10:30pm. I want to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend online, and I found one that I liked (a simple ring, a silver band with just a single 1/2 carat cubic zirconium stone), and I was going to get it, but I told my mom about it and she said that a 1/2 carat CZ stone is big enough to be really obviously not a diamond. I had figured only 1/2 carat wouldn't be too obvious, but would it be very noticeable? It would be a size 5 ring. Thanks!
